Receipts are read on your device with an on-device OCR engine and our own parser — there is no paid AI API behind each scan. That keeps costs down and means scanning keeps working offline and stays private to you.
Do you sell or mine my data?
No. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising. Your receipts and transactions are yours; you can export everything — images included — at any time, on any plan.
Does it handle Canadian taxes?
Yes. GST, PST, HST, and QST are recognized as separate tax lines from day one, and categories map to Schedule C or T2125 lines at export. Multi-currency is built in — a dollar sign never assumes USD.
